a Senior Vice President for JP Morgan Chase. Provided over $500
million of commercial loans to businesses and real estate developers
on projects in five states, including shopping centers, office
buildings, and apartment properties.

Sold apartment interests in 1998 to devote career to brokering
multi-family properties in north Texas.

Community involvement includes serving as president of the Friends
of Fair Park (home of the State Fair of Texas, the Cotton Bowl
football arena, and several museums and music venues), a member
of the City of Dallas Landmark Commission, and as a weekly volunteer
with Crossroads Community Services (www.ccsdallas.org) where I
provide assistance with rent and utilities to low-income families.
